Served as planning consultant to study the options for renovating or rebuilding the Filipino Community of Seattle’s community center. Conducted key-person interviews and a written survey to identify community needs; reviewed lessons from similar projects; and identified public capital fund sources. (2000)
Results: Provided the Board with the work plan for tasks needed to successfully complete the campaign for the new center.
