Provided market research for a pre-feasibility study for a proposed Filipino Business Plaza to be located in the Seattle area. Planned and conducted a community survey, census research, and interviews with community leaders. Prepared a report and presentations about the research and conclusions. (2014 – 2015)

Results: Project completed on time and on budget. We found market factors and community interest to be favorable to developing a Filipino Business Plaza. The Filipino Chamber is proceeding to identify potential sites and funding sources to make the plaza a reality.
