Client: Washington Alliance for Better Schools
Led a pilot project to develop neighborhood/school transition teams in four elementary schools in King County, and prepared a handbook to train new teams. Each team engaged kindergarten teachers, child care providers, parents and community-based agencies in working to improve the school readiness of three- and four-year-olds and their families in the local community. (2004 – 2005)
