Assisted the Trust for Public Land, The Nature Conservancy, Skagitonians to Preserve Farmland and the Skagit Watershed Council in developing a long-term strategy to preserve the biodiversity of the Skagit Delta. (2002 – 2003)
Results: Preservation plan led to additional funding from state, federal and philanthropic sources for natural areas preservation and fisheries enhancement.
