Advised and assisted the CHSW Board in its effort to acquire an old school building in the Lake City neighborhood of Seattle. Tasks included discussions and negotiation with the current lessee, and identifying potential funding sources for acquisition or remodeling. (2016)
Results: Seattle Public Schools concluded they did not intend to sell the school site in Lake City.
