Created a five-year strategic plan for this nonprofit that builds, owns and manages affordable housing. Organized and facilitated a panel discussion with key community stakeholders; and led a Board retreat. Worked with the strategic planning committee to develop the draft and final plan. (2009)
Results: The Board unanimously adopted the strategic plan.
