Assisted the organization prepare a strategic plan during a period of significant change. Guided Board and staff discussions regarding alternative strategic directions, and facilitated several Board retreats over a two-year period. (2005 – 2006)
Results: Board adopted new strategic directions for the organization, and staff began to implement those strategies.
