Facilitated a strategic planning process with the Trust’s Board of Directors and staff. Tasks included conducting extensive stakeholder interviews, developing a series of option papers, conducting Board workshops, and preparing a written plan with recommendations and an implementation plan. (2011)
Results: The Trust’s Board adopted the strategic plan, agreed on a direction, and developed a roll-out plan.
