Client: Marsha Rivkin Center
The Marsha Rivkin Center works in collaboration with the Swedish Medical Center and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center to support research and find a cure for ovarian cancer. Cedar River Group worked with their Board to develop the first strategic plan for the center. The process involved planning and facilitating a Board strategic plan retreat, conducting stakeholder interviews, and working with a strategic planning committee to develop strategies and implementation plans. (2006 – 2007; 2013)
Results: With Board and staff, created a five-year strategic plan in 2007, and a Board retreat to review progress in 2013.
