Planned and facilitated a Board retreat to develop a five-year strategic plan for the seven farmers markets operated by NFMA. Summarized the issues and ideas discussed at the retreat and the next steps. (2014 – 2015)
Results: The Board established priorities for the strategic plan and requested staff to develop a work plan based on those priorities.
