With Lund Consulting, Inc., assisted staff from the Governor’s Office, Legislature, Department of Transportation and Transportation Commission to develop legislation implementing the recommendations of the Transportation Goals, Benchmarks and Ten-Year Investment Criteria report adopted by the Transportation Performance Audit Board in December 2005. (2006 – 2007)

Results: The 2007 Legislature passed and the Governor signed into law a bill that clarifies the goals, objectives and responsibilities for transportation agencies. This law is the first major revision to state transportation goals since 2001 and requires a biennial progress report. View link.
