Client: Sound Transit

Served as facilitator for discussions between Sound Transit Board members and the City of Mercer Island City Council members to resolve outstanding issues related to the design and future operation of East Link light rail on Mercer Island. Topics included access to parking, bike and pedestrian access, integration of the bus/rail connection, and dedicated staff funding. (2017)

Results: The parties withdrew their respective legal actions and reached agreement on a settlement.
