Facilitated negotiations between Snohomish County and the Future of Flight Foundation to resolve differences regarding a potential long-term management agreement to operate the Future of Flight Aviation Center at Paine Field. Conducted stakeholder interviews; gained agreement on the process, goals and ground rules; facilitated meetings; discussed issues with members between meetings; drafted materials for committee review; organized group tours of other regional attractions; led discussions about a vision for the Aviation Center, and identified next steps, protocols, responsibilities and a schedule. Results: The parties agreed on a short-term management agreement and on the steps to take to secure a long-term agreement.
