Client: Seattle Housing Authority (SHA)
Developed, together with the Collins Group, strategies for funding human services in public housing, in the wake of federal funding reductions. Developed a case statement demonstrating that HOPE VI projects generate new revenue for state and local government, so that SHA could seek funding in other forums. (2005)
Results: SHA used this case statement with city government and the Legislature.
