Facilitated negotiations between the City of Seattle Parks Department and United Indians of All Tribes Foundation to find a solution to develop an Indian Cultural Center at Discovery Park. For nearly a decade, local neighborhood organizations had opposed creation of the structure. (2000 – 2002)
Results: Approval by the City Council, United Indians board, and local neighborhood groups of an alternative design for the center.
