Facilitator for an advisory committee to develop a strategic plan and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature to address youth homelessness. Tasks included developing a process for committee members to identify recommendations and outcome measurements; advising on meeting agendas and activities; facilitating group collaboration and communication; and helping staff develop the recommendations report. Results: The recommendations were completed by the December 2016 due date, and were adopted by the Governor. The Office is implementing the plans.
