Incubated and staffed Project Lift-Off Center and partnership to build a network of high-quality early education and after-school programs to help Seattle and King County children and youth succeed. Developed funding strategies, led community education, promoted work of Action Teams. (2000 – 2004)
Results: Project improved the quality of early care/education and after-school programs serving more than 23,000 children and youth.
