Client: Pierce County, WA

Facilitated negotiations involving the City of Tacoma, Pierce County, and residents from the Gig Harbor Peninsula to find solutions for development of the Tacoma Narrows Airport. The parties had been involved in a 25-year dispute that involved numerous legal actions. (2003 – 2004)

Results: Achieved a resolution of this long-standing controversy, with an agreement approved unanimously by the City and County Councils.
