Client: Capitol Hill Housing Improvement Program

Planned and facilitated a retreat of the Capitol Hill Housing Improvement Program Board to develop an implementation plan to create an “Eco District” in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The Eco District is intended to provide a framework for communitywide actions to reduce greenhouse gases and achieve other environmental goals. (2012)

Results: The Board reached consensus on the plan and was awarded funding from the Bullitt Foundation to implement the next phase of work to create the Eco District.
