Client: Seattle City Council

Worked with Seattle City Council, Solid Ground, Clean Greens Farm and Market, Seattle Tilth, Public Health – Seattle & King County, and Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association to develop a proposal for a USDA Community Food Projects grant. Facilitated meetings; helped partners shape the proposal and identify sources of match; compiled and edited narrative and budgets; created logic model; and submitted application on Grants.gov. (2009)

Results: USDA awarded full funding. Two additional sites were funded in 2010 through the Seattle Parks levy. The first harvest was in 2011. View link.
