Client: YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish

Facilitated the work of the YWCA Health Access Leadership to build a sustainable model to support health care programming for the underserved communities the YWCA serves. Tasks included developing a work plan to increase credibility, influence and partnerships, and identifying ways to move toward fiscal sustainability. (2016 – 2017)

Results: The Y’s Health Access Division incorporated the work plan and recommendations into its practice. Cedar River Group assisted with implementation and provided technical assistance on a successful application for public funding.
