Client: YouthCare

Planned and led a strategic planning process for YouthCare, which has provided services to homeless youth in the Seattle area for more than 30 years. Development of the plan followed a period of significant organizational change. Work included conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups; working with a board-staff planning committee to conduct a strategic assessment and SWOT analysis; and developing the strategic plan for the committee and then the Board of Directors’ approval. (2005 – 2006)

Results: Plan completed and presented to the Board.
