Resolving Disputes
Virtually every organization can point to a great idea in its history that should have gone further but didn’t — because of internal disputes, external conflicts or simply no good way to evaluate progress. One of our best assets as strategic partners is an ability to look at an organization from the outside, bring diverse parties together, and help find new ways to overcome old hurdles.
Our services include: mediation and negotiation; facilitating board and staff retreats; facilitating charrettes and other group processes; and researching successful models and best practices.
Through mediation, negotiation and plain old discussion, we help make sure that the resources invested in the project at hand yield results.
