Client: Rainier Valley Community Development Fund

Facilitated an agreement among the City of Seattle, King County, Sound Transit and the Rainier Valley Community Development Fund (RVCDF, a community-based nonprofit) regarding the use of a $50 million mitigation fund created as a result of the decision to construct light rail through the Rainier Valley. (2004 – 2005)

Results: Agreement approved unanimously by the Boards and Councils representing all parties.
