Client: Seattle Biomedical Research Institute
Assisted this nonprofit in designing and implementing a strategic planning process that included the involvement of Board members, staff, and representatives of partner organizations. SBRI is the largest nonprofit in the world focused on research related to curing global infectious diseases. The strategic plan provided new directions for investments in capital and staff resources, research activities, and fundraising needs. (2004 – 2005)
Results: Strategic plan was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors, with funding support for many of the near-term strategies incorporated into the approval of the annual budget.
