Assisted The Burke Museum in the creation of a new strategic plan and five-year business plan. The plan included programmatic and physical expansion as well as identifying new revenue sources. (2002 – 2003)
Results: The plan called for expansion of the temporary gallery, which was completed in 2004. Other aspects of the plan were also followed, including relocation of the bookstore and revitalization of the relationship with the Burke Museum Association.
