Client: Seattle Community College District

Facilitated a day-long gathering of key groups to develop recommendations to assist Seattle Central College in developing new curricula for training community health workers. Of the 80+ attendees, more than half were community health workers themselves — assuring them a voice in their own future. Other attendees included government, current and potential employers, and representatives of academic institutions. (2015)

Results: Our report summarizing the gathering provided recommendations to the College on next steps in their process.
