Facilitated meetings of two city departments’ leadership to identify shared goals, and ensure alignment to implement the city’s Economic Development Plan and two-year priorities. Tasks included establishing meeting agendas, facilitating participants’ agreement on objectives and alignment, and identifying follow-up work and the methods of documenting the results. (2016)

Results: Meetings resulted in an agreement among department leadership on new operating protocols and a plan for collaboration between the two departments to ensure greater alignment.
