Provided staffing and analytic support for Sound Transit’s Light Rail Project Review Committee. Reviewed financial projections and policies of the agency for the light rail project. (2001)

Results: Committee recommendation to start building south was adopted by the Sound Transit Board, and was instrumental in turning around the Light Rail project.
