Client: City of Seattle and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Serving as organizer for a project to accelerate the production of affordable housing with early learning facilities on publicly owned properties in the Northgate area of Seattle. Tasks include planning and facilitating a charrette to engage public property owners and community stakeholders in planning the affordable housing and early learning facilities, and writing a final report. Property owners include Metro, North Seattle College, Seattle Housing Authority, Sound Transit, and University of Washington, along with Neighborcare and Northaven. (2017 – ongoing)

Results: Charrette is scheduled for early January 2018.
