Creating Strategies
Powerful partnerships accomplish more when they have a powerful game plan. We help organizations build usable strategic plans, based on our nearly 30 combined years of experience in government and nonprofits, and extensive work with community groups and funders.
Our services include: facilitating strategic planning; developing feasibility studies and business plans for nonprofits; researching successful models and best practices; assisting with planning and launching new initiatives; and identifying funding sources and grant writing.
Whether it’s helping guide biotech entrepreneurs toward opportunities or First American Nations take care of the changing needs of their people, we build strategies unique to each group and their goals. Then through identifying connections or grant writing, we can help make the work happen.
